The username and password boxes should be on the left hand side of the screen, on the main left bar, just to the right of the ads.

And no, there are no real cheats for Naruto Arena

I’m 14 and want to work out my shoulders, biceps, forarms and pecks and want to know how can I use proper technique when I am doing curls, lateral raises for shoulders with weights going to my side and when I am doing presses with dumbells.

I’m a pretty good potty trainer with puppies, I am very consistent and during the day my puppy doesn’t have any accidents on the floor, maybe once a week. But come 6:00 my husband comes home from work and the accidents start. even if my puppy is on the same schedule he pee’s on the floor, we can take him out even more and he will still have an accident. our home is very calm, no fighting or anything like that, and our puppy just loves his daddy. what could be the problem.

also with me jack(puppy) rarely has accidents in the elevator or in the lobby of our apartment building, but with my husband its a usually thing.

edit: I dont think its over excitement pee because he doesnt get over excited with my husband, he is a basset hound and pretty lazy.

any help on these issues will be greatly appreciated.
wow i should have read over that before i posted it, it hardly makes sense.
the submission pee is what i thought but….he doesnt do it when my husband pets him, i know submission pee, i had a dog years before who was the king of submission pee. jack just pee’s. its almost like he saying, now that daddys home i can pee where i want.

submission pee would be like rolling on his back at your feet and peeing, thats not what jack does. and my husband also has a hard time walking him, its almost like he doesnt have any respect for daddy, loves him but doesnt respect him at all. i dont know it sounds crazy.

Rit Dye company makes a product that removes mistakes, and colored spots from Whites….it is called Rit Dye Remover and is sold in Grocery stores in the USA….I don’t know about the UK availability so I cant know if they are available to you or not….That is just a product I have used many times and I know it works….

My husband wants to buy a bicycle trainer so he can ride his bike inside the house in front of the tv. He thinks this will help him lose weight. Will it? Those damn things are expensive! I found one on Amazon for $80. Is it worth it? I’m afraid he will use it for 2 weeks and quit. Should I buy it for him? How much does he need to ride to lose weight? He’s about 30 pounds overweight.

It could only help. As a matter of a fact, I am considering replacing my couch with a bicycle trainer and a treadmill, too. But, there will be a lot of screaming and hollering before the Warrior gives up his Lazy boy recliner.

Today i bought a brand new 2009 Cervelo P2C triathlon bike (which i’ll only use for racing) , but i also keep an older cannondale road bike that i will now use solely for training. I also bought an Elite fluid trainer today and was wondering how many of you use your training bike or race bike on your trainers.

If you use your race bike on the trainer, don’t use your rear race tire. I have extra bikes so I dedicate one (favorite feel on the trainer) to the trainer. I keep my road bike ready for the odd nice warm day in the winter. I keep my hybrid in the garage and ride it when time permits all winter.

So you might change your rear tire on the Cervelo and mount it on the trainer, and keep the Cannondale ready for a warm day ride.
