    the water thing is a marketing bull shit, water is too acidic for the kidneys, and has no electrolytes therefore does not even hydrate! the best is milk , and general rule applies, eat when you are really hungry and drink when you are thirsty, people generally eat too much, even skinny people.

    whoa…this doesnt sound right. If your maintaining pressure on your abs and have proper technique, you probably wont do more than 30 reps. 100…gimme a break.

    if youre starting cold turkey then yes lol. you have to learn to stretch and work on your flexibility. also if you happen to have a gut then that might be another reason lol. and for everyone that puts this down, this is actually a very good work work out, though it doesnt target your abs, it mainly targets your obliques, with your abs being secondary. though i prefer doing russian twists to work my obliques.

    BAH! too many reps even for beginners, this work out is more than boring and takes so long, is there any other exercise for abs that don’t take much time like this one?
