If you perform the bicycle maneuver properly, it is a great abdominal exercise.
Make sure both hands are interlocked behind your head for resistance as well as to support your neck.
When you kick one leg out, it should be fully extended a couple inches above the floor.
There are many different ways to perform this but the way in the video is a great way to finish of a set of abs.
