    I agree. The way you start the move with a jerk and dropping your elbows shows that your abs are not up to it. Perhaps you’be better off not leaning so far back until you get strong enough to execute the move slowly without jerking and keeping your elbows out in place.

  2. you are drooping …
    you are drooping your arms on the way up into the excercise which shows you do not really do the abs much but are a bit weak at the level of the knee height and also alignment. If you use abs to get your elbow to knee instead of just twist dunking your elbows you’d be stronger. Its not that easy to get tight abs, roll of fat not that easy to go unless you drop weight which is not always the best but then again one has to know how to do so according to your own body.
