		<description>Your eating sounds good, but you can have other things. In fact, you can have things you like you just have to know how to limit yourself. That takes practice, trust me I know. Don&#039;t forget you have to eats your fruits and vegetables! You need to have well-balanced nutrition when it comes to losing weight. You should be eating a lot of protein as well as the RIGHT carbohydrates and fats. And remember to drink at least 8 cups of water a day! *a little tip...if you save those cups from Taco bell or KFC those are 32 oz. which equals about 4 cups of water...drink 2 of those and you have your water for the day!*

You don&#039;t have to exercise everyday! In fact, it helps when you take at least one rest day a week. It helps your muscles regain strength after a workout. Cardiovascular exercises you can do everyday, but strength training, like crunches, it&#039;s good to take a break.
