    For this step of the free plans you will be mounting the permanent magnet motor / generator onto the trainer adapter mount plate. If you are going to use a bell motivator bicycle trainer stand you will use one side of the plate, if you are going to use the Red Ascent bike trainer, you will use the other side of the plate.
