This trainer was written by someone called sheep. The trainer exists on many different web sites but it’s the same one. I tried everything to make it work but it wont. I have W XP. it could be just a simple answer, I hope!
Forgot to say that when I click on run game, it comes up with a message saying cannot find farcry.exe despite the fact that the DVD is already inside and ready to get going, so what is it?
Where does the trainer have to be placed in order to be effective?

You run the trainer, pick FarCry from the list and press Run Game. The game is supposed to run and you should be able to switch back to the trainer to be more specific on what cheats to apply.

EDIT: You have to place the trainer file in the same folder as the farcry.exe file.

   I dunno about Far Cry, but on the GTA ones I had for the PC, you had to copy the trainer into the folder where the game was installed. You then run the trainer, and press the Run Game or Run Far Cry button (whatever they called it) and it starts the game up from the trainer.
