It seems alot of us … It seems alot of us like Hoenn region music the best. It’s simple why… Hoenn music is upbeat, grand, and epic. The other regions (except Sinnoh) have upbeat, electronica, chaotic music. IMO, grand and epic beats upbeat chaos.
Honestly Ruby/ … Honestly Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald were some of the best pokemon games in my opnion. Not as good as G/S/C mind you, but they had a certain new look to them and some cool new pokemon and possibly the best soundtrack of any game.

This doesn’t mean D/P/Pl were bad, just not my favorites. I grew up with R/S/E and S/G/C, so trolls, just suck it. These were good games.
I never really … I never really liked the Hoenn region. I like the music overall but it’s just not that exciting. The teams didn’t really impress me and there wasn’t many places to explore or anything that spectacular. For instance, You couldn’t go to certain places in Sinnoh without beating the Elite Four. (I think Sinnoh is the second best region and Kanto/Johto are the best)
Oh, god. As much as … Oh, god. As much as I like this track, I hear it every time I go check “The ULTIMATE Mario vs. Luigi” for comments. I can already hear the “C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!!”… OH, GOD, MAKE IT STOP. Besides that, great upload. This is probably where I even downloaded the song for the video in the first place, but, that was a while, & I don’t remember.

Natures.add that to EVs,IVs,Pokerus,and all that other junk introduced at some point or another and you get a competitve battling sence where everyone murders you.
Although the … Although the gameboy games had some really nice themes like Gary’s champion theme and the theme where you battle red in silver, I think r/s/e had the best overall sound track. Like, even this, a regular trainer battle, is really catchy. The music is most of what made this game fun.
I like D/P/Pt, but … I like D/P/Pt, but they are a little TOO new in my opinion, still great games though, the Advance games brought back memories, me and brother both had firered and emerald, we’d do Firered vs. Firered and Firered vs. Emerald, it was awesome!

Perhaps it was that I had too high expectations, D/P/Pt didn’t really appeal to me that much as the other generations did. Still, it’s a great game. (Gotta love Cynthia / Cyrus music!)

Johto introduced its own features.
Hoenn also introduced features on its own. With alot of original new goodlooking pokemon.

RSE its also, its … RSE its also, its superior to the other games. While it didnt have the night or day feature or tree headbutting, it had its own unuiqe features, such as berry plating or pkmn contests (both which sinnoh screwed up). And for that, RSE will awlays have a special place in my heart
