@awc1300: Because you have a very good chance you will hurt yourself. 100 dollars is defiantly not much spent on fitness, and also if you didn’t listen properly to this video, you also get a trainer to motivate and help make sure you keep your fitness at a proper pace. To get a real life trainer will cost much more than 100 quid. So go and buy one!

I got this yesterday and I love it so much!!!!!!!! It’s easy to follow and it’s fun I think it’s gonna be purely addictive, it’s encouraging and fun.. at least no1 can see me make the mistakes I’ve been making am really happy with it 10/10 from me!
