If you are losing hair and have just started an exercise regimen to lose weight, the most likely cause is that you are not eating enough calories. It is not that you don’t have a trainer, but a trainer could probably help you determine an appropriate amount of physical exertion that would not stress your body so much.
If you do not eat enough calories, your weight WILL stop because your metabolism will adapt to this new starvation routine, but, as you are finding out, your body will find other ways to find or conserve energy, i.e who needs hair, get rid of it, I can’t support that!! Muscle? that’s a good energy source, start using that too!!
