Plus my chest is still small. used to be overweight but now I have a gut. but what I’m doing isn’t even helping me. I would feel better n more confident in myself to have a body look like yours.

      You can lose weight but you have to be dedicated, start running every day for cardio, benching (with a spotter!!!) for chest and shoulders, and curling is good for you biceps. If you want private message me and ill give you some good work out links.

      Yeah just practice practice practice, if you just keep doing it repetitively throughout the day your muscles will adapt to it and you’ll be able to hold it for longer. Walking around the house on your hands all day helps too (:

      im 13 i can dumbell press 20repitions with 30pounds i do 20bicep curls with 20pounds. I need to loose like 15pounds of fat im 5foot3 128pounds. I want a good a few good workout routines to do for losing fat,getting strong chest, strong biceps and tris, id like a 6pack, legs dont really matter i have a knee issue i cant do lunges or squats but i can do most other leg exersizes s good diet would b nice if u could include that :)
