Now you can play GTA IV online with Games For Windows Live for the F E D O R copy and be undead meaning no health effect for nico… Simple tutorial, easy to follow. Yes its my computer talking. This works for patch 3. Remember to install the patch first. Make sure you are not upgrading from no patch or patch 1 to patch 3, you need to install patch 1 then 2 then 3. Have the latest drivers for your GPU. Pause the video as much as you want, seems i went to fast for others to follow.

Backup your GTA IV save game located at:
X:\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames

replace “X” and “*YOUR USERNAME*” with the letter of the disk drive and your windows user name.

TO ENABLE FIX:
Press J while playing the game.

If you didn’t catch the keys ,here they are :
F1 to activate the trainer (i think)

F1 = Infinite Ammo
NUMPAD2 = Infinite Grenades & Cocktail things
F2 = Super Weapon Speed
F3 = Always good weapon condition
F4 = Infinite Health
F6 = Infinte Stamina
F7 = Super Speed
F8 = Super Jump
F10 = Super Protection
F11 = No Recoil
F12 = No Car Damage
NUMPAD1 = Adds 10 Diamonds to your account
NUMPAD6 = Enables Teleport System
NUMPAD3 = Save Postion (Teleport)
NUMPAD4 = Restore Position (Teleport)
NUMPAD5 = One Hit One Kill
