Random Wi-Fi Doubles match @ Main Street Colosseum.
“Beating the Heat”
Here’s another narrated battle. This was originally recorded in the wee hours of Friday morning. I basically ran into nothing but Japanese trainers. I did run into a person named Jesse, who used a TrickStorm team; I thought he was Charizard215, but that didn’t turn out to be the case. I didn’t think he would be on at 2 or 3 A.M. anyway, heh.
Enjoy the match.
I used:
Ambipom (FunkyMunky), Drapion (Venom), Milotic (Mermaid), and Typhlosion (Arson).
The opponent used:
Houndoom, Magmortar, Tauros, and Cherrim.

Classic Game Room HD reviews GOLD’S GYM CARDIO WORKOUT for Nintendo Wii, a fitness video game for the Wii. This review features gameplay footage from Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout on Wii published by Ubisoft. Boxing exercise is nothing new, but now you can have your own, personal trainer on the Nintendo Wii with this creative and catchy video game mixing a cardio workout with Guiter Hero style timing. Not a game (or Wii disc) for everyone, but it does what it was intended to do. It keeps exercise fun and gives the player (or kung-fu student) a bit of incentive to keep going every day and the ability to chart their progress. Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout is meant to be played every day or several times a week and has numerous boxing moves and exercise routines. Starting as a beginner you can throw punches, jabs, uppercuts, cross hooks and even dodge punches from an angry robot who is out for your head. Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout is an affordable way to have a peppy trainer every day and can be played by kids and adults alike. It may not have bloodthirsty, violent mayhem like some other popular games on the market, but it may appeal to those looking for something to stay in shape so that you can live longer to slay more zombies in video games as you get older! This exercise strength cardio trainer on Wii is reviewed by Classic Game Room HD, reviewing games you’d never expect the show to review… Dig it! An exercise wii video game review about boxing training calorie burning for losing weight and staying in shape with your Wii. Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout works with the Wii fit board.

Both thieves fainted from a burn (flaming).
I decided that because I haven’t made a single song from the original Pokémon games (unless you count the Pokémon Center and Gym), I would make the second most familiar tune from the game…the trainer battle! So, here it is in Mario Paint Composer, a Mac/PC imitation of the music sequencing feature in Mario Paint for the SNES.

Classic Game Room HD reviews EA SPORTS ACTIVE PERSONAL TRAINER for Nintendo Wii. This exercise, physical trainer video game for Nintendo Wii is an excellent, well produced way to exercise, get fit, burn calories and use your Wii for something other than Mario Kart. This review of EA Sports Active for Wii has gameplay footage from Wii EA Sports Active which also uses the Wii Fit balance board (Although this review doesn’t have it). Create your own workout from numerous cardio, upper body, lower body and sports themed exercises. Calculate in advance how many calories you’ll burn, lose weight while jogging in place and pull some punches in Wii exercise boxing in EA Sports Active. This workout video game seems to be tailored to women but CGR is a man, MAN! And men need to stay in shape too, for a long healthy life of video game playing and beer drinkin’. This game features strength training on Wii, boxing, tennis, basketball volleyball, running, walking, knee ups, bent over rows, tricep kickbacks, arm bicep curls and more.

Hello, Chris here again with another review, this time for Personal Trainer: Cooking, for the Nintendo DS. This software technically isn’t a game, it’s more of a productivity tool, in this case, an interactive cookbook. It features easy to follow, step by step instructions on how to prepare around 250 different recipes, everything from salads to sushi! The coolest part is that it’s entirely voiced over, and you can even use your own voice to control the game, there’s even instructional videos for more advanced steps!
This’ll be my last review for 2008, but I’m got a good number planned for 2009, so look out for those.
