On pokemon platinum can you still go through the elite four if you use the "Capture trainer pokemon" on them?

Using action replay cheat code "capture trainer pokemon"…if you go through the elite four and capture all their pokemon…can you still go through and beat the elite four ever again without restarting the game? Has anyone tried this?

Yes they still have all the pokemon that you stole off them so you can do it thousands of times.

    of course u can the game is programmed to repeat the elite 4 battles over and over so basically u can keep catching their pkms over and over.
