VS Will hacked Pokémon HG/SS

This is how I think the first Elite Four member should have been. They are the strongest trainers in the region, therefore they should have strong Pokémon.

Hacked with PPTE (Project Pokémon’s Trainer Editor)

Sorry for the random pop-ups, sometimes the emulator just froze for a couple of seconds and the Pokéball pop-ups is the result of it. No sound because fraps didn’t want to record it.

    Which of them? PPTE or PPRE? I haven’t personally tested PPRE so I can’t give you an exact answer but I’ll try to help as best as I can.
