Hi Vic here- I am using an ez bar with a slight bend- but ever so slight- as to which is better a matter of preference- experiement with both- I find the ez bar better to use on the preacher, but as far as standing curls I would prefer a straight bar. Peace, Vic

thanks so much for this video. I just got a set of weights last week after watching this and it’s really good. Will doing these light weight exercise build muscle or do you need to lift heavy from time to time? I have a bit of a crap lower back so this light weight option is perfect! I don’t feel anything other than where I should. I am 30 and have a regular (not overweight) body, is it too late for me to build muscle? Thanks so much.
      Kind Regards.

      I’ve notice you …
I’ve notice you also dont use the bar thats more close grip for the bicep I see you use the other bar thats close grip but it more wider then the other one is why you dont use the other bar ?

I know you can go wide grip on the bar you using but the bar people normally use will have the hands more closer together maybe like a couple of inches a way from each other

      I have mentioned …
I have mentioned before – “heavy” is relative- muscles are small – they need a bit of stimulu and a lot of rest- The biceps for instance are small- they don’t need heavy weights- they need a bodybuilder willing to take that weight and throw whatever it weighs in to his biceps- Peace, Vic

    18. vicsnatural Says:

      Measure your bicep- …
Measure your bicep- not your arm- your bicep- how big is it really? several inches of muscle hanging from a bone- can it really handle 75 pound dumbells?- No.The body as a whole can , but not the biceps- when you isolate like me- there is no need for “heavy” weights- because it is all heavy relative to form, Honestly, Vic
