      This dude is big and very well balanced, I would love to find out what he eats and what kind of cardio he does, also just 1 question, do you do all your movement in this slow, control manner? its hard to keep it slow and as the weight gets heavier I tend to compound my movements…

      Thanks. I actually started this format and super-set between the side extensions to the rear extensions. And I took Vic’s advice on starting it first. All the larger exercises become more difficult afterwards.
