    Don’t know if anyone told you yet but if you are using the visual boy advance you can fix the timer by going to options>emulator>and click on real time clock that should make time based events available

    For example, smoorish gives 1 EV point in Healt. When you get 4 ev points in one stat, Healt for instance, you get one extra Healt point by level 100. You can get a total of 510 EV points witch 255 is the maximum for a stat. So you can max out 2 stats if you want. 255/4 = 63 extra points in each stats!!!!
